Green Figure was founded in New York in 2010. Our mission is to create simplistic, yet useful, items. We hope that our items can serve a purpose, while still being elegant and unique, like works of art. We have a real passion for design and we feel that even the most functional of objects can still be creative and beautiful.
We chose the name “Green Figure” for a number of reasons. First of all, to us “green” represents things that are full of vigor and life. It also represents feelings of freedom, openness and beauty. That is a feeling that we try to bring to each of our pieces, regardless of their sizes or functions. |

Figure is defined as a form or shape determined by outlines or exterior surfaces. Figure, to us, represents something of form and substance. It's important to us that our products each have that substance, elegance and grace. To us, beauty of design is just as important as function. We believe that design can change the world. It's our passion.
Our goal is to create a beautiful, yet fully functional, design, no matter what the product. We begin with the creative process. During that time, we use data collection and analysis to come up with the best possible concepts and ideas. Then, we resolve any creative challenges prior to the implementation of production. The end result is a beautiful, useful product that we are proud to create for your enjoyment and use. |
